We are currently looking for suitable candidates to fill the following positions in the company:



  • Involve and responsible in all areas of work related to front line reception which includes customer service, general administration and ensuring smooth running of the administration operations.
  • Attending internal and external calls promptly and efficiently at all times including walk in guests. To take down messages if the respective person is not around or on leave.
  • Inform the respective department or person on arrival of the expected guests. No delay and be responsive
  • Ensure that front office areas are neatly arranged, clean & tidy.
  • Assist in administrative documents and assignments:- record all incoming or outgoing mails, typing letters/documents, data entry and courier service in timely manner. Maintaining a systematic filling system.
  • Other administrative job assigned or ad hoc tasks by Administration Executive or Manager from time to time.
  • Undertake ad-hoc functions and related administrative duties as and when required.


  • Possess at least a Diploma or other relevant professional qualification.
  • Possess at least 1-2 years working experience as Receptionist/Clerical.
  • Competent in computer skills in Microsoft software. (Excel, Work & Powerpoint)
  • Proficient in written and excellent spoken Bahasa / English.
  • Good working attitude and responsible with pleasant personality
